Does Twisted Inflations have insurance?
Yes, public liability insurance up to £5million.
Where is Twisted Inflations based?
Twisted Inflations are based in Brading on the Isle of Wight.
Will Twisted Inflations travel for bookings?
Yes, travel costs are reflected in the price of the booking.
Are there any hidden costs?
No everything is included in a hire or balloon booking. Collection is free, with delivery there is a charge.
Will everyone at the party get a balloon?
At private hire bookings, yes, all will get a balloon as bookings are tailored to the numbers attending. At large public events it is not always possible for everyone to get a balloon. The entertainer will close a line at a set time, after this time no one can join the line or get any more balloons.
Are balloons safe?
Children of any age can choke on un-inflated balloons, it is recommended that all children are kept well supervised around balloons. Twisted Inflations takes care when disposing of broken balloons.
Does Twisted Inflations have a stage show?
Yes, Twisted Inflations offer a 20 minute stage show suitable for ages 5 upwards.
Can children be left unattended with Twisted Inflations?
No, Twisted Inflations does not offer a child minding service, parents, guardians or suitable adult must be in attendance at all times.
Is Twisted Inflations part of any groups or organisations?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit can me made to secure the booking. A deposit of 20% of the value of the booking can be made via bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.
How much is delivery?
Local island delivery is charged at 45p per mile in a round trip from Brading, Isle of Wight.
Can I collect my balloon order?
Yes, if the order is suitable for collection. Many orders are construct on site with no collection option. Collection address is available on request.
When do I pay?
All collection and delivery orders must be paid at least 7 days in advance. Hire bookings can pay in advance or in cash on the day.
How do I pay?
Cash, cheque (in advance), bank transfer and Paypal are accepted.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes you can cancel a booking anytime up to 8 days before the event no charge will be made. If less than 7 days before the event full payment must still be made. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations to be made by phone call only.
I need to cancel but I have already paid?
If the cancellation takes place at 8 days in advance of the event a full refund will be issued. If fewer than 7 days before the booking no refund will be issued. All deposits are non-refundable.
