Does Twisted Inflations have insurance?

Yes, public liability insurance up to £5million.

Does Twisted Inflations have a risk assessment?

Yes, an up to date risk assessment is available upon request.

 

Where is Twisted Inflations based?

Twisted Inflations are based in Newport on the Isle of Wight.

 

Will Twisted Inflations travel for hire bookings?

Yes, travel costs are reflected in the price of the hire booking.

 

Are there any hidden costs?

No everything is included in a hire or balloon booking. Collection is free, with delivery there is a charge.

 

At a hire booking will everyone at the party get a balloon?

At private hire bookings, yes, all will get a balloon as bookings are tailored to the numbers attending. At large public events it is not always possible for everyone to get a balloon. The entertainer will close a line at a set time, after this time no one can join the line or get any more balloons.

Does Twisted Inflations offer balloons displays for Birthdays and events?

Yes, large and small sculptures can be ordered for collection or delivery.

What happens if the balloon display pops or deflates after delivery/collection?

The balloons can only be guaranteed up to the point of collection or delivery. A high standard is maintained to ensure all balloons are in perfect condition upon delivery/collection. Once delivery or collection is complete the balloons are no longer under guarantee and are the customers responsibility. If balloon is shown to be faulty upon return/inspection of the faulty balloon a replacement or refund may be issued at the discression of Twisted Inflations.

How long do balloons last?

Balloons can be very fragile and can pop in heat, sunshine, and when in contact with sharp objects. This said if a balloon is looked after and kept in a cool environment it can last up to 7-14 days and still look great!

Does Twisted Inflations supply helium balloons?

No, Twisted Inflations only supply balloons filled with air using a pump. Helium is the gas needed to make balloons float so all balloons supplied by Twisted Inlfations do not float and are suitable for floor or table display.

 

Are balloons safe?

Children of any age can choke on un-inflated balloons, it is recommended that all children are kept well supervised around balloons. Twisted Inflations takes care when disposing of broken balloons. Balloons are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years.

 

Does Twisted Inflations have a stage show?

Yes, Twisted Inflations offer a 20 minute stage show suitable for ages 5 upwards.

 

Can children be left unattended with Twisted Inflations?

No, Twisted Inflations does not offer a child minding service during hire bookings, parents, guardians or suitable adult must be in attendance at all times.

 

Is Twisted Inflations part of any groups or organisations?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit can me made to secure the booking. A deposit of 20% of the value of the booking can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. All deposits are non refundable. 

 

How much is delivery?

Local island delivery is charged at 45p per mile in a round trip from Newport, Isle of Wight.

Can I collect my balloon order?

Yes, if the order is suitable for collection. Many orders are construct on site with no collection option. Collection address is available on request.

 

When do I pay?

All collection and delivery orders must be paid at least 14 days in advance. Hire bookings can pay in advance or in cash on the day after receiving a deposit.

 

How do I pay?

Cash, bank transfer and Paypal are accepted.

 

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes you can cancel a booking anytime up to 8 days before the event no charge will be made. If less than 7 days before the event full payment must still be made. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations to be made by phone call only.

 

I need to cancel but I have already paid?

If the cancellation takes place at 8 days in advance of the event a full refund will be issued. If fewer than 7 days before the booking no refund will be issued. All deposits are non-refundable.
